Can you beat Dark Carnival with ONLY a first aid kit as your PRIMARY weapon? (L4D2)

Gonna try and do some Left 4 Dead challenge videos as I work on larger and grander projects! So enjoy a first aid as a weapon challenge!

Here are the rules as we start things off:

The difficulty will be set to expert.
The mutation is set to Lone Gunman (Where the only weapon that spawns is the desert eagle, and only common infected, boomer, witches and tanks can spawn. Why? So I have no assisting AI and so that ANY common or special infected will down me with just ONE hit (thanks to the expert difficulty), making things even MORE tense).
I can only have a first aid kit out during my run, so i cannot use primary, secondary or melee weapons to fight off the horde. I can bash with the med-kit, but not use it.
I can use grenades like the molotov, bile bomb and pipe bomb
I can use adrenaline as a means of boosting my speed in tight corners. Pills are usable too, but considering we get downed in one hit, they are pretty much useless unless I take fall or fire damage.
