Pygmy Kingfisher diving into shallow bird bath!

I noticed a pygmy kingfisher diving into the shallow bird bath at Makabi lodge we were staying in. I think the kingfisher thought it had seen fish in this shallow bird bath and dived in head first from a height of about 1.5 meters. I witnessed this happen a few times before it flew away.
