As the years go by your confidence starts to fade
You'd better know that life's gonna beat you if you let it
Just don't look back on life and regret it

All you fears, insecurity and doubts
You'd better hold that child by the hand and keep on trying
Your only other choice is to keep on dying

Your life doesn't have to hurt, it's what you make it
And your spirit only suffers if you let it
