Resizing a Seiko pin and collar bracelet on a Sumo or Monster

Seiko tend to use a slightly unique pin system for their bracelet links; rather than just one pin that goes straight through both sides of the link, they have a pin that goes in one end and then a collar that fits around it the other end. This video shows that you can resize one of these bracelets in 5 minutes.
