INGREDIENTS:
150g of Sour Tamarind (saamia)
5 thumbs Ginger
7 tbs Sugar/Sweetener (use to your taste)
1/2 tsp Chilli pepper
1 tsp Cloves
1 tsp Black pepper corn
1 litre water
