Vegan spinach artichoke dip (DROOLING) #shorts

You won’t believe this creamy spinach artichoke dip is VEGAN!

Cheesy Sauce Ingredients:
1.5 cups plant milk
1 cup boiled or soaked cashews
1/2 block firm tofu
1 tsp garlic
1.5 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper optional
1/3 cup nutritional yeast
2 tbsp lemon juice

Filling:
14 oz frozen spinach
2 14 oz cans artichoke hearts drained
1/2 onion diced
4 tsp fresh garlic

1 fresh sourdough bread

Instructions:
1. Saute filling ingredients until all of the moisture is cooked out - will take about 10 minutes.
2. Blend cheesy sauce ingredients in blender until smooth.
3. Pour sauce into filling mixture and stir. Saute for 5 minutes until warmed through.
4. Hollow out bread. Add dip into bread bowl. Bake for 10 minutes at 450. Turn on the broiler for a few minutes if you want it extra golden brown.
5. Enjoy!
