Gran Canaria | Puerto de Mogan and Taurito

Puerto de Mogán is easily reached by bus or car. The town and harbor is known as Little Venice. The picturesque traditional fishing village is popular among tourists who comes to visit for day tours. Once a week (Fridays) Mogan will host a popular market. The playa mogan or mogan beach is also known as one of the best beaches on the island.

Neighbouring Mogan you will find Taurito. The beach of Taurito is less quiet than the one in Mogan, but offers more water activities. The sand is of volcanic origin, making it much darker. Taurito is mostly famous for it's waterpark Lago Taurito.
