Lady crossed Penang Road with eyes glued to phone and stopped in the middle of the road to text

I was driving along when I noticed this lady crossing 4-lane Penang Road with her eyes glued to her mobile phone. She then stopped in the middle of the entrance of the carpark as I was turning in.

She only moved after I honked at her. Then she moved up to the curb and continued texting.

All these while, my left signal was turned on, indicating that I was going to turn into the carpark.

Anyone who knows her, please, tell her that life is more important than whatever is on her mobile phone.

And NO, PDPA doesn't apply to me because I am an individual, not a corporate.
