Field Elevation Isn't Always What You Think It Is! | Height Above Touchdown vs Height Above Airport

What is the elevation where your aircraft is on an airport? Is it the field elevation? Or the elevation at runway threshold? What's the difference between Height Above Touchdown and Height Above Airport? And why does it matter?

Edit: At 0:57, it's incorrectly stated that the field elevation is the highest runway threshold it's actually the highest point anywhere on the field.
