A. About the version
If you buy a PEMP product with Android 11, you must upgrade the firmware to version 2.2.3 and then to version 2.4.5

If you update to version 2.4.5 of the software and android auto is not full screen, you can uninstall Zlink and reinstall version 5.3.28 of the ZLINK software.

If you purchase a PEMP product with Android 10, you can directly upgrade the firmware to version 3.9.1.

Step:
1.Prepare a USB flash drive,U disk requires FAT32 format（MUST IS FAT32 ,THIS IMPORTANT)
2. Copy the Android firmware to your USB flash drive (NO NEED UNZIP);
3. Insert the U disk into the USB port of the Android device;
4. The screen will automatically prompt to upgrade, please press YES;
5. Do not unplug the U disk and disconnect the power supply during the upgrade process;
6. After the upgrade, it will re-enter the Android interface and prompt that the upgrade is successful. You can remove the USB flash drive.

D.Note:
When you are done with the upgrade, you need to connect PEMP Android to your phone hotspot and let it connect to the network and then it will automatically activate your ZlinK software.
