Basketball Series: Use of the Step Zero (Gather) Video #3
Thanks for watching more of this series made up of short videos with the aim of analyzing the use of the zero step in modern basketball.
In Video #3, I am using a video adapted from an original animated video produced by the CBA (Chinese Basketball Association) whereby I analyze 3 different actions using the zero step. First, a player dribbling and penetrating at the basket then the second action deals with a player on a continuous motion to the basket, making use of the zero step without dribbling and then thirdly I look closer at a double zero step, namely the use of the zero step on the start of a dribble and the use of the zero step at the end of a dribble on the same play.
This is a purely educational series.
