UP: Man’s head and moustache shaved by locals for allegedly harassing girl, says police

A man’s head and moustache were allegedly shaved by locals in Uttar Pradesh’s Khurja Dehat area after he tried to harass a girl, police said. A video of the incident went viral on social media. Senior Superintendent of Police Dinesh Kumar Singh said both the alleged harassment and the public humiliation are being investigated, and action will follow based on the findings.
