I played on a CDL Pro's account in order to test out the SBMM in Black Ops Cold War. This account has about a 1.85k/d and 590SPM at the highest possible level of skill matching. The lobbies don't get much harder than this and felt like a proper CDL match to me. Needless to say, SBMM can be quite strong in Cold War.
