Don Vesco's 1st Yamaha Streamliner 1963

Shortly after opening his Yamaha dealership in El Cajon, CA., Don Vesco built his first Yamaha streamliner and ran it on the Bonneville Salt Flats in 1963. He soon discovered it was a lot more difficult than he thought it would be. Don never gave up and in 1978 set the all out landspeed record for motorcycles at 318 mph!
