他的訓練師是訓練過許多NBA球員,還有CBA/Europe的球員。這是一個60分鐘不停錶的投籃訓練,目的是訓練耐力還有比賽第四節的投籃,其中包含很多不一樣的跳投,後仰投籃。
Ben說: 「投到最後變慢了,手跟腳完全沒感覺,完全是靠肌肉記憶力在做投籃,60分鐘結束後也快抽筋了,要不是Sam一直push我 因該撐不了
