[1.15] 1.14 Nether Portal Chunk Loader - Keep iron farms and redstone machines constantly loaded

Portal chunk loaders force the game to load areas without needing the player to be nearby. This lets you go out into the world and play the game while keeping iron farms, super smelters, item sorters etc running back at your base.
