Steering Column Assembly
The steering column on a Model T is not difficult to rebuild. Depending on the year of the T, there may be one or two bushings at the bottom of the steering shaft. You will need a bushing driver for this. You will also need an adjustable reamer to ream out the bushing(s) to the correct size.
Removing the spark and throttle rods can be difficult because the lever arms are held in by pins driven through the arms and shaft. I found that I couldn't drive the one out on the throttle lever. I would have had to grind it down if I was going to remove it. I didn't need to do this because I didn't remove the rods.
If the end cap on the pitman arm is loose, you can buy inserts to take up the slack.
