Although some of the items I received were good, it's the principal of the thing...don't up-charge me and change the title so that the "DIY" factor is no longer attached. Removing DIY from the title implies that these are elevated, MINOR-to no flaw items...and that just wasn't the case here. I feel taken advantage of as a customer...not impressed!
