brock string exercise to help correct strabismus

This video explains one of the difficult eye convergence exercises called the Brock string. It is designed to improve your ability to move both your eyes inward simultaneously. Being able to move both eyes inward allows our vision to produce depth perception. I give a few tips in the video on how to attempt to accurately complete the exercise.
