Gunpati Kriya Meditation with Yogi Amandeep Singh

Practice of this meditation can help you get past any blockage. It allows you to release attachments of the mind so that you are free from the impact of past actions. It helps you live a more fulfilled life and receive guidance to a positive future. It helps you to release karma and live a life of dharma and spiritual attunement.

To do it:
Sit like a yogi in easy pose with a straight spine. The backs of your hands are resting on your knees with the palms facing upward. The eyes are nine-tenths closed. Chant from your heart in a natural, relaxed manner, chanting in a steady relaxed monotone or in the manner of Kirtan Kriya (the Sa Ta Na Ma meditation)
SA -- your thumb and Jupiter (index) finger touch
TA -- your thumb and Saturn (middle) finger touch
NA -- your thumb and Sun (ring) finger touch
MA -- your thumb and Mercury (baby) finger touch
RA -- your thumb and Jupiter (index) finger touch
MA -- your thumb and Saturn (middle) finger touch
DA -- your thumb and Sun (ring) finger touch
SA -- your thumb and Mercury (baby) finger touch
SA -- your thumb and Jupiter (index) finger touch
SAY -- your thumb and Saturn (middle) finger touch
SO -- your thumb and Sun (ring) finger touch
HUNG - your thumb and Mercury (baby) finger touch
Start with 11 minutes and slowly work up to 31 minutes practice time.
