1 Tbsp Garlic
Thai Chili
3 Tbsp Sugar
1 Lime
2. SHRIMP CAJUN BUTTER
*Butter Sauce:
1/2 Block Butter
1 Tbsp Parika
1 Tbsp Hot Chili Powder
1 Tsp Turmeric
1 Tbsp Fish Sauce
1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
3.BANH XEO
*Marinate:
Shrimp + 1 Tbsp Chicken buillon
Pork belly + 1 Tbsp Chicken buillon
*Flour:
400gr Rice Flour
2 Cans - Coco Rico
3 Tbsp Coconut Milk
1 Tsp Ground Turmeric
Handful Green Onion
1 Tsp Salt
