Fazer FZS 600, carb cleaning fix Poor running and performance. 1999

Cleaning Fazer 600 1999 carburettors.
The screws in the vid are fuel mixture screws not air, air would be on the other side of the butterfly's.
I set the mixture screws at 2 turns out from the full in or stop position, seems ok here for mine can be richened to 2 1/2 or pos 3 at the most.
The T.P.S. or throttle position sensor should read 5000 revs if the needle reads 1000 or 10,000 the sensor needs loosening and turned till it reads 5000 revs and tightened up at that. not 100 as mentioned in vid.
