Spain's 1st Sleep Disorders Barometer reveals a massive reality check: 99% of people say sleep is fundamental to health, but only 18% give it the same attention as diet or exercise. Even worse, 58% experience sleep issues, yet over half haven’t done anything to fix it.

Normalizing poor sleep can mask underlying conditions. It's time to treat rest like the health pillar it is! 🕒💤
