DIY AVOCADO HAIR MASK! healthy hair naturally

OPEN ME! :D Hi guys! Here is a recipe for an avocado hair mask. I've been having fun testing out different recipes, and really liked the way this one made my hair feel (especially during the dry, cold months!) I want to start incorporating more "do it yourself" hair videos :) Hope you enjoy it!

RECIPE:

1 ripe avocado
1 tablespoon of Argan oil or Olive oil
1 tablespoon raw honey
1/8 cup coconut milk ( or as much as you need to make it the consistency you want). Im using the canned variety because its nice and creamy and thick.

You can add whatever you want in.. I included some lavender and rosemary essential oil in mine. You can also include castor oil if you are trying to grow hair/have hair loss.
