7 Steps to Change Clutter Subconscious Habits | DeClutter Motivation
I’ve learned a lot about my behaviors and habits during my recovery of hoarding disorder. These are the 7 steps that have helped me change deep rooted subconscious habits:
1). Being Aware the Habit is Occuring
2). Set Realistic Goals for yourself
3). Break Negative Emotional Thoughts
4). Take Action Steps
5). Give yourself a Reward
6). Create the New Routine
7). Believe in yourself
By changing my thoughts and self talk, this lend me to change my behaviors. Once I started changing my behaviors, it started becoming a new personality trait. And once I had a new personality trait, my nervous system recognized it as being ourselves. There is no danger or threat when we declutter ❤️
