Tour of New York City 1962

Most of the tour takes place in Manhattan, with a spin out in the bay by Governor's Island and the Statue of Liberty, then up the Hudson River. There are many bridges and familiar landmarks. The film ends with a segment looking down (on Manhattan) from the Empire State Building Observation Deck.

This is a converted 8mm film taken in 1962 with a home movie camera. 8 mm means no sound, which is a bummer but that was the technology then.
