Ice Cream Drip Cake - Cheeky Crumbs

INGREDIENTS:

I made 1.5 times my recipe so I used:
7 large eggs
375g all purpose flour
375g sugar
190g butter
1.5 espresso cup of milk
7.5 tablespoons of cocoa powder
1.5 packet of yeast
18cm cake tin

BUTTERCREAM FROSTING:
345g butter
1.5 tsp vanilla
750g icing sugar
90ml water

WHITE CHOCOLATE GANACHE:
170g white chocolate
115ml cream or milk
Ice cream cone
food colouring
