30 Minute Full Body Strength Workout with Weights | Build Muscles, Tone & Sculpt

Hey guys! Get sweaty with me in this 30 minute, low impact full body strength workout. We will use light and medium weights, but if you just have 5lbs or 10 lb weights that will work just fine.

I consider a light weight to be 2-8lbs and medium-heavy being 10-20lbs. Ankle weights are optional!

We will use weights to boost our heart rate and burn calories while keeping all the moves low impact. This workout is safe for knee and joint injuries.

In this workout we will work our legs, but, abs, arms and back, pretty much everything! We will build muscle, burn calories, sweat, tone and sculpt our bodies!

As always we won't be repeating any moves and using our own body weight.
