Asteroid Deflection: How NASA Did the Impossible!

NASA just made history by crashing a spacecraft into an asteroid—and it worked! The DART mission (Double Asteroid Redirect Test) hit asteroid Dimorphos at 14,000 mph to prove we can change the course of a space rock and possibly save Earth in the future. This was humanity’s first real planetary defense test, and it’s not science fiction—it’s science fact.
