How To Tune Up a Lawn Mower (Oil Change, SeaFoam Engine Clean)

Let's all hang out and get an old lawn mower ready for spring! I'm doing a basic tune up of a @Toro 22" Recycler lawn mower. The video covers an oil change, spark plug replacement, adding a fuel shut-off valve, carburetor and carbon build-up clean with SeaFoam, and sharpening the blade.
