My First Experience with the Army Combat Fitness Test

I took the new Army Combat Fitness Test for the first time!
I know there are questions about it. People are wondering what the events are, how hard it is, when they have to pass it, etc.
Watch and get info from my experience, so you can prepare yourself to be successful!

I scored a 455 out of 600. My normal score for the previous test, the APFT, was around 275 out of 300. This test will enable me to focus on my areas of fitness that need improvement, to become healthier, all around.
