Body Sculpt at 70 | Loop Bands & Strength Training #bodysculpting #longevity #fitat70

I am 70, and today’s strength workout was Body Sculpt.

This workout uses loop resistance bands along with lighter weights to challenge the muscles through controlled, high-repetition movements. The bands add constant tension, which makes many of the exercises surprisingly challenging.

Most of the weights were lighter to maintain control and good form, except for the chest press, where I used heavier weights.

Body Sculpt is a great way to build muscular endurance while still working the entire body.
