One suggests that the new policy make take away the only 'security and independence' some have in their lives, while another stresses that he's been living in his car for more than a year now but is determined not to let it 'break him.'

Braverman has argued that many of those living in tents on the street see it as a 'lifestyle choice,' with her potential plan set to introduce new penalties in England and Wales for homeless people who authorities believe have rejected offers of help.
