Tales Of Civil War Dogs & Animals
There were many animals used in the Civil War and horses played a huge part. But they were not the only animals used. Dogs also had a pretty big roll in the Civil War. There were also other animals that were mascots of different regiments. Some of those animals that were used were cats, goats, chickens, pigs, badgers, bears and even a camel that was used by the Confederates. In this video we will learn about a few of those animal stories.
