The Azure Effect - Short Horror Film

A young woman sets out to recreate the experiment that led to the disappearance of paranormal researcher Dr. Eric Foddle.

The Azure effect was written and shot in a single evening as part of the 48 Hour Film Horror Project 2021 in Detroit, with post production completed over the following 36 hours. The film was shot on the Black Magic Ursa Mini 4.6k and lit using Aputure LED lights. Adobe Premiere Pro was used for film editing and sound design, while After Effects, 3DS Max, Phoenix FD, and V-Ray 5 were used for the creation of the visual effects. Cubase 8 Pro and Native Instruments Komplete were used in the creation of the music.
