Hey Guys! It's been over a full YEAR since I quit sugar and flour COMPLETELY. I lost 50 lbs after I did this, 100 lbs total in the last two years. (I also lost 50 lbs when I became a vegan). That's right! I totally quit all refined and processed sugar and flour foods and all sweeteners, including agave, stevia, "diet" anything, honey, etc. I didn't get rid of fruit, whole grains like quinoa, rice and oatmeal (but note I DID get rid of 100% whole grain breads, flours, etc - anything that has been processed, refined or modified by humans was out). In this video, I explain how to get started, how to deal with the inevitable cravings, how the body's insulin system reacts to sugar and flour and how eliminating them helps you with weight loss. I also go into how it's way easier to do things 100% than to attempt to reduce the amount you're taking in using moderation, and why that is in the human brain. I discuss the findings of the book Bright Line Eating, and describe how I've lost 100 pounds by modifying my diet. I hope you enjoy this video, please comment down below!
