Limitations of the IPA: the case of ǝ

In this follow-up to the two videos with SuperHolly
on phonetics, we talk about several issues in phonetics, 
which coincide in the case of the "ǝ" vowel. 
Several of these issues have to do with ways in which
the International Phonetic Alphabet cannot be
(and in practise is not) absolute.
