Sonic Mania Mods - Eggman Mania WIP

How's it going guys? Today I'm showcasing to you the Eggman Mania mod! It replaces Sonic with well Dr. Eggman. It's still a work in progress but I think it has a bright future. Second Favorite mod next to Sonic Mania and Sonic. There are two versions of the mod. One with the Eggman voice and one without them just to let you know.
