Day 15 of the June daily movement challenge. Today I did boxing on the bag. What did you get done today? 15 to 20 minutes a day minimum is all that I’m asking of you. But join in, encourage one another, and comment what you got done today! Purple shorts are the longer version. These are the 7 inch in-seam.
