1. Chakki Chalanasana (Grinding Pose):

Reps: 10 rounds clockwise + 10 rounds anti-clockwise

Breath: Inhale while moving forward, exhale while moving back
Tip: Keep the movement smooth and steady

2. Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose):

Reps: 3 to 5 times

Hold Time: Hold for 15–30 seconds in each round

Rest: Relax in Makarasana (Crocodile Pose) between reps

Tip: Don’t over-arch the back; engage your lower abdomen gently
3. Supta Baddha Konasana (Reclining Bound Angle Pose):

Duration: 2 to 5 minutes

Breath: Deep and slow breathing throughout

Tip: Use cushions under the knees for support if needed

Frequency:

Practice these 5–6 days a week for best results. Early morning or evening on an empty stomach is ideal.
