Boiling the arbi first and then peeling makes it soft, tasty and completely itch-free. This traditional recipe is easy to make, travel friendly and stays delicious for hours.

🛒 Ingredients:
• Arbi (Colocasia / Guhiya)
• Mustard Oil
• Ajwain (Carom Seeds)
• Salt
• Haldi (Turmeric)
• Dhaniya Powder
• Red Chilli Powder
• Lemon Juice
• Green Chopped Coriander

➕ For Arbi ki Paani wali Sabji:
• Additional Water

➕ For Arbi ka Rasa:
• Buttermilk or Curd
