Understanding Land Rover HDC, ATPC and Terrain Response

HDC is Hill Descent Control.
If HDC is enabled and the speed is set, it will descend while maintaining the set speed even if you do not brake on downhill.
You can prevent the vehicle from slipping downhill when you step off the brake pedal.

ATPC is an All-Terrain Progress Control.
If ATPC is activated and the speed is set, the vehicle will run at the set speed without stepping on the excel pedal.
It maintains a constant speed on slippery roads, preventing wheels from slipping.
ATPC is also called low speed cruise control.

You can use on-road and off-road driving according to various road conditions using various driving programs of terrain response.
In Terrain Response 2, an auto mode is added, and the driving program is automatically selected according to the road conditions.
Proper use with the DSC function helps in difficult road conditions.

Thank you.
