Alert SriLankan A-330 Pilot With Help From TCAS Avoided The Worst Aviation Catastrophe In History

On June 15th this year an alert Sri Lankan Air A-330 Captain saved over 600 lives by disobeying ATC orders to climb to 35K feet because his TCAS alerted him to a Boeing 777 above him at 35k feet that ATC Couldn't see on radar.
