Education as the Key to End Poverty | Jaira Sona Chin

Jaira Sona is a Bachelor student in Law and International Studies, specializing in South East Asia. At age 20 she founded an NGO in Pushkar (India), named the Sona Pushkar Project, where she built the education and employment center 'the Blue House'. In two years time, she sent over 20 street children to the local school and educational after school programs. The families of the schoolchildren are provided with monthly food, education, employment and shelter.

Jaira Sona Chin will argue that education is the key for eradicating intergenerational poverty in addition to how the local quality of education needs to be improved.
