MANGO STICKY RICE RECIPE:

Mangoes 🥭
1 1/2 cup sticky rice
2 pcs coconut or 400 ml fresh coconut milk
1/2 granulated sugar
Pandan leaves
1/2 tsp salt
• wash the rice
• cook rice in any cooking pot or rice cooker
• meanwhile, over medium heat caramelize the coconut milk and sugar.
• add salt. Keep stirring
• add pandan leaves
• simmer until thick
• once the coconut has already thick. Off the heat.
Get some of the caramelize coconut for the drippings
• add cooked rice on to the caramelize coconut milk, mix well.
• transfer to a serving plate put sliced mangoes on top.
• garnish with sesame seeds.
