Hey guys! Welcome to another epic video. Today I went swimsuit shopping and really pushed myself to actually look and try on some bikinis. I used to never even consider bikinis when I went swimsuit shopping. This really pushed me out of my comfort zone and it went way better than how I expected. I hope you can use this as motivation to expose yourself to distressing situations.
You can do this! Recovery is worth it! I know it seems really hard and I understand that. You will find happiness if you keep pushing. I'm finally starting to feel happier :) You can be happier too.
