How to Create and Format a Blank Form Using Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet

How to use a spreadsheet program, such as Excel, to create a form (table) that can be printed out and filled in. Shows how to: change column/row width/heights; enter column headings, center and bold; auto-number cells in a column, check to see if the form will print to a single sheet. This form (table) could be filled in on the printout, or in the spreadsheet.
