Excellent Review

Thoroughly impressed by the clinical pilates offered at Malvern Physio. I had always heard of the benefits pilates offered but was, at first, a bit sceptical. I am someone who can barely stretch beyond my knees so was amazed to be touching my toes within the first 5 minutes of exercises. Safe to say that I am now hooked on my weekly pilates sessions. Mark is fantastic at answering the questions I have and suggesting effective exercises which really target areas in which I am feeling pain, tightness or just wish to strengthen. I would definitely recommend clinical pilates at Malvern Physio.
