For the video to get a specific spot in higher quality I had to download the original PNGs, bulk rename the files so they are incremental integers so I can import them as a sequence. Imported the sequence to VirtualDub, added resize filter for 6x and used "nearest neighbor" filtering so that upscaling would be pixely, not blurry. Then finally put it together in Sony Vegas.
