1/4 cup Vegetable Oil (80ml)

1 1/2 cups Flour (200g)
2 teaspoons Baking Powder (8g)
2 tablespoons Cocoa Powder
Chocolate Chips

Bake in preheated oven at 360F (180C) for 20 minutes
